Thank you for joining this group. We apologise if for the time being things may be a bit quiet. We hope to eventually be able to do more, but for the time being with just setting up and organising, we are swamped.

We welcome any help so if you have some spare time and want to volunteer to help get us started that would be appreciated.

We are working on the formation of a charity from which we could provide further support.

My name is Lizzie and I am supporting the team with starting to build a community here around Lex mums. I'm a transformational coach, and I really want to support you all as much as I can through this group. More about that later.
